How you can prepare for WeFind

As a first step you will need to secure a mortgage pre-approval which helps us align on your budget. We can help you with this if required. Consider your property criteria and location. Remember that you will need to allow for the costs of building and pest inspections, solicitors, stamp duty and any other due diligence.
