You will be charged once a month for your subscription package, and you can see the date when you login into your account under ‘Subscription Details‘. NB If the day of your billing date does not occur every month (for example, the 31st), you will be billed on the last day of that month instead.
Login to your account, and under ‘Subscription Details’, there is a cancellation button. You can cancel your subscription anytime after the first three months; however, you will still be able to access the reports up to your next billing period.

You can download up to 200 reports across the entire suite of reports.
Login to your account, and under ‘Invoices’, you can review, download, and print your invoices.
Login to your account, and there is a ‘Reports tracker’, which shows all the reports you have downloaded for the current billing period. You can also view and re-download your reports from the last two months.
This feature is coming for those who have a reports subscription.

Also, don’t forget to check your download folder on your computer, as the report may be there.
