Who are BuyersBuyers?

BuyersBuyers is an online platform, which assists property buyers with buyer’s agents and advocates around Australia. It is Australia’s first national network of buyer’s agents.

The Australian business was co-founded by top industry experts Pete Wargent and Doron Peleg, with the aim of making property buying services affordable and easy to access for all Australians, not just seasoned investors and wealthy home buyers. The company’s mission is to give all Australian property buyers the advantage of having someone on their side - to level the property playing field.

  • Pete is a buyer’s agent with over a decade of industry experience and a Chartered Accountant with Fellowship, formerly with Deloitte.
  • Doron was the founder of RiskWise Property Research, a firm specialising in property market performance analysis.
Who are the BuyersBuyers agents?

We've handpicked a network of Australia's top, award-winning buyer's agents, including top agents such as Michael Ramsay (the founder of REBAA), Rich Harvey (President of REBAA for 4 years), Pete Wargent (international property buyer and real estate expert, and prominent property commentator) plus many more.

We continue to carefully choose our network members for their extensive experience and qualifications in the Australian property market. We'll also ensure they're fully licensed to act on your behalf and highly regarded in their respective markets for their ethics and professionalism.

Can BuyersBuyers help me buy a property anywhere in Australia?

Yes, BuyersBuyers has licensed buyer’s agents available to cover every state and territory of Australia.

Each state and territory has its own real estate legislation and processes. It's therefore critical you engage a professional buyer’s agent with the appropriate licensing, professional indemnity, and intimate local market knowledge for the area in which you intend to buy.

What is a buyer's agent?

A buyer’s agent is a licensed and independent real estate agent who works exclusively for you as the buyer of your desired property. An independent buyer’s agent is not  - and cannot act as - a selling agent.

An experienced and skilful buyer’s agent, such as those that we have on our network, will assist you as the buyer to buy right every time by helping you to avoid risk through their due diligence process , and by negotiating the best possible market price and terms on your behalf .

You'll also benefit from reduced time, costs, and stress, knowing you have an experienced property insider in your corner throughout the home buying or investment process.

Is a buyer's agent same as a buyer's advocate?

Yes, a buyer’s agent is the same as a buyer’s advocate. They are a licensed and independent real estate agents who works exclusively for you as the buyer of your desired property. An independent buyer’s agent or advocate is not - and cannot act as - a selling agent.

Why should I use a buyer’s agent?

Save time

A buyer's agent or advocate can offer you significant value in terms of time saved house hunting – particularly if you're relocating interstate or you're an investor looking to buy in another state. A buyer's agent or advocate has a lot of experience and will be able to guide you through the process more quickly than if you were doing it all yourself.

 Local knowledge

A buyer's agent or advocate who know their local service areas, will be able to give you accurate and up-to-date information about market value and potential for growth in every suburb and sometimes streets.

Emotional detachment

A buyer's agent or advocate is removed from the emotion of buying a house and can assess the situation more realistically. They know the tricks of the trade and have strategies in place to ensure you secure the right property at the right price.

Access off market opportunities

Buyer’s agents and advocates can access off-market properties through their network of real estate contacts. They can find the correct property in the right location with better prospects for capital growth and/or rental yield.

How can a buyer's agent save me money?

Smart negotiation techniques could slash thousands off your purchase price. Our agents spend every day negotiating property prices and terms - it's what they love to do. Using a buyer’s agent levels the playing field - and gives you an insider working for you against more seasoned property buyers and real estate agents.

We execute a due diligence process to help you avoid the common risks and pitfalls associated with buying real estate. And we'll save you time by streamlining the entire process to present you with more options to find a property you'll love.

Finally, the sooner you buy the right property, the faster your investment could appreciate in the right market conditions, helping to build your net worth and nest-egg over time .

Do you have a Customer Charter?
Yes, at BuyersBuyers, we’re ‘The Better Way To Buy Property’ - and that’s not just a slogan, it’s a promise. It’s also the foundation of our Customer Charter.
What do you think of off the plan investment property?

Statistically speaking there are more unknown factors and a greater degree of risk when investing in a property that isn't built yet.

That's partly because the final product doesn't always meet expectations, and partly because you tend to pay a premium to buy brand new (effectively representing the developer's profit).

That doesn't mean you should never buy a new property, but generally, investors have tended to get better capital growth from established property with a higher land value component.

Do you assist with investing in super funds?
We can assist with the purchase of the property. Buying in a superannuation fund may be possible for investment purposes. You need to be sure that this is an appropriate route for your circumstances, as it's not suitable for everyone. Contact us to discuss this further.
