Peter is a highly experienced and qualified buyer's agent specialising in Perth property.  

Born and bred in South Perth, Peter has extensive knowledge and insights for most parts of the city.  

His experience has also seen him travel, work, and invest in regional areas of Western Australia.

Peter's story started with a passion for property. 

His vision was to help those who do not have the time, skill, and experience, ensuring that the necessary resources and time are applied to helping his clients research, appraise, and negotiate, to achieve their property goals.

For the past 25 years Peter Gavalas has had experience in successful multiple million-dollar property transactions and research within his own portfolio, and he has an extensive knowledge base.

Peter has also been involved with property development within a family business, where quality construction of new homes and multi-dwelling projects have been undertaken.  

This experience has led to the knowledge of what is required to successfully buy and execute multi-dwelling projects, and attention to detail for building your dream home.

Peter has previously worked in the Civil Engineering industry in land development and worked on new greenfield and brownfield estates since 1994. 

Peter has also been privileged to have worked in Western Australia's expansive mining industry and contributing to multimillion-dollar projects. 

This experience has provided knowledge with the importance of budget, schedule, and innovation.

 
When we started looking for land to build on it wasn't just about making the right decision but also making sure we didn't make the wrong one.

We engaged Peter as our buyer's agent - as business owners we didn't have the time to invest in the research behind finding the right block of land in a high growth area.
