Personable, authentic, and with a steadfast commitment to achieve excellent outcomes for his clients, Will's drive to continue to improve the buying experience for Australians is rarely matched.
His personal property investment journey started in 2003 when he purchased his first investment property.
Off the back of this purchase his passion for property grew and in 2009 he formally entered the industry as a licensed buyer's agent and property advisor.
Having grown up and worked in a successful family construction business, Will completed a Bachelor of Business at UTS and went onto completing his Diploma of Financial Planning and holds a full real estate licence.
Will's desire to 'walk the talk' and build his own property portfolio opened his eyes up to how easily people can be taken advantage of when investing their own money in the property market.
This fuelled Will's passion to lift the integrity and standards of the advice received on the buy side of a real estate transaction.
Since starting in the buyer's advocate industry more than a decade ago, Will has been a buyer's agent and was the NSW State Manager of a National Buyer's Advocate division for a valuation firm, before deciding to form PMC Property in 2014 with his business partner James Freudigmann.
In conjunction with his passion for property, Will is an active member of Collaroy Surf Lifesaving Club, a tragic sports enthusiast and loves anything to do with his family, friends, and the outdoors.
